If you are a landlord with a property to let or a tenant looking for a flat to rent, we can help you. We have flats to rent all over Glasgow from the West to Glasgow East, City Centre and Southside. In Edinburgh, we cover the city centre and all surrounding areas. We understand that finding a property in the area you are looking for in the right price range can be difficult and with letting agents charging so many unnecessary charges, we pride ourselves on being letting agencts you can truly trust.

Property Management Specialists

We specialise in property management. We treat the property as if it was our own and value both landlords and tenants equally. For those who wish to manage their own private letting we offer an advertising only service at a cost of £80 + VAT. With this option we will advertise your property on major websites including Google and Rightmove.

For £195 + VAT and 9.75% of the monthly rent, we offer a full property management service, whereby we will advertise the property, arrange viewings and deal with all referencing and credit checks. We also offer a tenant only finding service for £290 + VAT for any landlords who would like to manage their property themselves. Any tenants looking to let a property face an administration fee of £75 + VAT.
