of the keys, we require valid
identification.

not different to any other agency.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. One months
rent or £500 whichever

To secure
against any damage. If there
are any breakages/damages caused
by the tenant, this will be
deducted from the security deposit.

Am I responsible for repairs?
No, the landlord has an obligation to ensure that items in the property are in good working order. We will provide a contact point for
you to report any maintenance problems that you may encounter.
7.
What about the condition of the property, how do I make sure I am not charged for damage that was not my fault?
On the day that you collect your keys, we will meet you at the property and sign your tenancy
agreement and detail a full inventory confirming the condition of the property, this will then be used when you move out.
