our own web site to list
all available properties
and this will also include

websites nationwide including

display in your window/garden.

How do you choose a tenant?
We request
all prospective tenants
complete an application
form and provide us with
proof of income and previous
landlord details which
we approach for references.
We carry out a credit
search and then present
the details to you for
approval.

How do I get paid the rent?
With
our management service,
we collect the rent each
month and then deduct
our fee. The rent will
be issued straight to
your nominated bank account
via BACS, this is the
fastest and most efficient
method of payment.

Do I have to pay any bills?
The Council tax and utility bills are the responsibility
of the tenant however you are required to provide buildings and contents insurance which we can assist with if you require.
